2018 Tryout Information
Players are expected to attend all three tryout days and MUST have a physical (dated after April 15, 2018) to tryout. Tryouts will consist of physical testing such as shuttle run, triple jump, sit ups, push ups, vertical, block jump and mile run (mile run will be the second day of tryouts). We will then test individual skills such as passing, serving, serve receive, setting, hitting, blocking and game situation.
